With over 12 years of experience, Alsahli specializes in advising government bodies and state-owned enterprises on regulatory structures, Saudi legal frameworks, and project development. He played a key role in establishing the country’s privatization efforts as a founding member of the National Center for Privatization & PPP, where he helped shape major transactions that set important legal precedents. Earlier in his career, he served as a legal advisor at the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers, where his work influenced lawmaking and strategic policy directions.
His ability to structure complex government and privatization deals, combined with an in-depth grasp of Saudi regulatory demands, will help clients overcome legal and procedural obstacles in major regional projects. This expertise directly supports the firm’s focus on high-impact developments across the Middle East.
